Barcelona, Spain On-site position Full-time | Permanent contract Immediate start About the Company GG ESTATE BARCELONA S.L., a real estate agency based in the centre of Barcelona, is looking for an Incoming Requests Coordinator to join its team. We are seeking a communicative, responsible and dynamic professional with native or high-level Russian, able to communicate with clients in a professional manner, manage incoming enquiries quickly, provide property information and maintain strong client interest in the company’s services. Main Responsibilities Manage incoming client enquiries in Russian, Spanish and English. Communicate with clients by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and other channels. Send information about properties and company services. Support clients during the first stage of communication. Build client loyalty and maintain their interest in the company’s offers. Qualify incoming requests and identify client needs. Support sales agents in preparing information for clients. Manage and update the client database. Participate in lead generation and the development of client flow. Requirements Native or high-level Russian is essential. Fluent Spanish is essential. Fluent English is essential. Strong spoken and written communication skills in all three languages. Pleasant, professional and client-oriented attitude. Ability to respond quickly to client requests. Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail. Advanced use of office tools such as Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets. Academic background will be considered an advantage. Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, call centres or telemarketing will be considered an advantage. What We Offer Office-based work in the centre of Barcelona. Full-time position.
