The rental price includes high-speed internet (fiber optics). Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja - the "Park of Nations". It hosts festive events and is simply nice to stroll with family. The historical city center is only a 7-minute walk away, the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away, and the sea is 5-7 minutes away. There are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. Prices per week: in the low season 40 euros per night or 280 euros per week, in the mid-season 70 euros per night or 490 euros per week and in the high season 95 euros per night or 665 euros per week. - 75 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels.
