Near the building is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, "Parque de las Naciones". Various festive events are held there, and it is just pleasant to take a stroll with the family. The historic city center is only 7 minutes away by foot, and the beautiful promenade is 9 minutes away. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Prices per week: in low season 350 euros or 50 euros per night, in mid-season 525 euros or 75 euros per night, and in high season 840 euros or 120 euros per night.
