The 65 m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom, a kitchen of American type, and a balcony. The city beach LOS LOCOS is just 350 meters away! Restaurants, shops, bars - all within walking distance. The apartment has everything necessary for living: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and Internet. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The cost of renting the apartment depends on the season and is per week: 280 euros (40 euros per day) in the low season, 560 euros (80 euros per day) in the medium season, and 840 euros (120 euros per day) in the high season. Additional charges: - Deposit of 200 euros - refunded upon check-out if the property is left undamaged. - 90 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Payable once upon check-in. Important!
