Within a five minute drive is the commercial center La Zenia Boulevard, Torrevieja tennis and yacht clubs, and within a radius of just a few kilometers are the golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, and La Finca. A great place for walks. The weekly rental price depends on the season and is: 350 euros in low season or 50 euros per day, 980 in mid-season or 140 euros per day, 1400 in high season or 200 euros per day.
