Near the building is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, "Parque de las Naciones". Various festive events are held there, and it is simply pleasant to take a walk with the family. The historical center of the city is only 850 m away, and the beautiful promenade is 700 m away. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Prices per week: in low season 280 euros or 40 euros per night, in mid season 560 euros or 80 euros per night, and in high season 840 euros or 120 euros per night.
