Located in the residential area known as Aigua Gelida, this newly built villa offers elegant and spacious accommodation with a modern, stylish design. Due to its south facing orientation, the villa is sunlit throughout the day. There are beautiful mountain views and a magnificent private pool surrounded by an herb garden. A little piece of paradise for a great holiday! Two-storey house: The lower floor (on the garden level) includes a large sunny living room and dining room with fireplace, where you can enjoy the cosiness of home. The living room has large windows and direct access to a wonderful terrace, beautifully furnished for maximum outdoor enjoyment. From the terrace you have direct access to the marvellous swimming pool, surrounded by grass and equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing. Next to the dining room is the large kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, separated from the dining room by a sliding door. On this floor you will also find a shower room. A staircase will lead you to the night area located on the first floor. The night area comprises two suites with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath in each, two twin rooms, a room with a sofa bed for two people and a shower room. Both suites and one of the rooms have access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. 100 EUROS EXTRA FOR CLEANING FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 1 WEEK. MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS.
