These terms govern the use of ZipZip.es. By accessing, registering, or posting a listing, you accept these conditions.
1. What ZipZip.es is
ZipZip.es is an intermediary service that allows users to publish and browse listings. ZipZip.es is not a party to contracts between users and does not act as a seller, agency, representative, or guarantor of transactions.
2. Account and accuracy
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep their account secure. Identity impersonation and use of third-party data without authorization are prohibited.
3. Posting and moderation
ZipZip.es may review listings and take measures to protect service quality and safety. We may approve, reject, hide, limit, de-index, or remove listings and/or restrict accounts. Posting is not an acquired right and we do not guarantee a listing will be published or remain published.
ZipZip.es may act without an obligation to publicly justify each moderation decision, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law.
4. Content rules
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, violent, or discriminatory content.
- Infringement of third-party rights (trademarks, copyright, image, privacy).
- Spam, mass duplicates, or content designed to manipulate visibility.
- Contact details inside text or images when dedicated fields exist.
- Fake prices, hidden conditions, or undisclosed mandatory costs.
- Listings missing minimum information or with unrelated images.
5. Photos and media
Images must be yours or properly licensed. We may remove low-quality, unrelated, catalog images, watermarked images, images with intrusive text, or images containing contact details.
6. High-risk categories
Listings offering or requesting weapons, ammunition, explosives, dangerous or illegal substances, controlled medicines, sexual services, and other content prohibited by law or by these terms are not allowed.
6.1 Financial services, loans and high-risk finance offers
Listings related to direct loans, credit offers, financing, money collection, investments, promised returns, financial intermediation or other financial services may be treated as high-risk content. For user safety, ZipZip.es may hide, limit, de-index or send these listings to review before allowing public publication.
ZipZip.es may require additional verification of the person or company posting the listing, including identity, tax details, legal name, official website, service conditions and, where applicable, authorization, registration, licence or equivalent documentation. Until verification is completed, the listing may remain not publicly visible.
If the advertiser does not provide the requested information or does not complete verification within a reasonable period, which may be up to 30 days from the request or from risk detection, ZipZip.es may reject, withdraw or remove the listing from the moderation queue. ZipZip.es may also reject listings that appear misleading, unverifiable, abusive or incompatible with applicable rules.
Legitimate real estate services, including mortgage intermediation or advice related to property purchase, may be posted when the information is clear, verifiable and does not include misleading promises of immediate money approval, guaranteed returns or unverifiable conditions.
7. User-to-user transactions
Transactions and communications occur between users. ZipZip.es does not guarantee payments, delivery, quality, condition, or performance. Users are responsible for verifying information and acting with due care.
8. Reports and takedown
We may proactively remove listings when there are fraud signals, multiple complaints, or violations. If there is a legal obligation or valid request, we may retain or disclose information as required by law.
Posting rules
To keep quality and safety, ZipZip.es applies posting rules. A listing may be rejected, hidden, or removed if it violates these rules or the law.
- Wrong category or incomplete/misleading information.
- Generic content, mass duplicates, spam, or visibility manipulation.
- Contact details inside text or images when dedicated fields exist.
- Fake price or hidden mandatory conditions.
- Unrelated/catalog photos, watermarks, intrusive text, or contact details.
- Malicious/unrelated external links or hidden advertising.
- Illegal/high-risk content (weapons, drugs, controlled meds, sexual services, fraud).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipZip.es is not responsible for third-party content or indirect damages arising from use of the service or agreements between users. Nothing limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Data protection and cookies
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy policy and applicable law. Cookie use is governed by the Cookie policy.
11. Changes and applicable law
ZipZip.es may update these terms. The current version is the one published on the site. Spanish law applies and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain.
