ZZes Coin Bonus Program Terms

1. Legal nature of ZZes Coin

ZZes Coin is not euro, money, a bank account, a deposit, electronic money, a payment instrument, a security, a financial instrument, an investment product, a public cryptocurrency, or a crypto-asset intended to circulate outside ZipZip.es.

ZZes Coin does not give the user a right to claim cash, exchange it for euros or any other currency, receive interest, investment returns, dividends, or any other financial benefit.

At the current stage, ZZes Coin is not intended for cash withdrawal, exchange into euros, sale outside the platform, or use outside ZipZip.es services.

Any use of ZZes Coin is only possible within the functions actually available on ZipZip.es at the time of the relevant operation.

2. ZZes Coin wallet

Each user may have an internal ZZes Coin wallet. The wallet shows balance, wallet ID, and operation history.

The wallet ID is used for internal transfers between ZipZip.es users. If a user wants to receive ZZes Coin, they may copy their wallet ID and send it to the sender.

If a user wants to transfer ZZes Coin to another user, they are responsible for checking the recipient wallet ID before confirming the operation.

The wallet history may include bonuses, spending, transfers, gifts, listing bonuses, referral bonuses, purchases of internal services, reversals, technical corrections, and other operations.

3. How ZZes Coin can be earned

• Publishing a real quality listing.
• Inviting another user.
• Receiving an internal transfer from another user.
• Receiving a ZZes Coin gift.
• Participating in campaigns, bonus programs, or internal features that ZipZip.es may enable.

4. Quality listing bonus

A user may receive ZZes Coin for a real published listing that complies with ZipZip.es rules and has sufficient quality.

No bonus is granted for an empty draft, test entry, technical publication, invalid listing, or listing created only to obtain a bonus.

The maximum bonus for one listing may be up to 150 ZZes Coin.

The actual amount depends on the quality, completeness, and usefulness of the listing.

• Price provided.
• Photos present.
• Number and quality of photos.
• Completed attributes.
• Accurate city, district, or location.
• Detailed description.
• Correct category and subcategory.
• Real usefulness for ZipZip.es users.
• No signs of spam, duplication, fake publication, or abuse.

5. Referral bonus

A user may invite another person to ZipZip.es by email or referral link.

If the invited user opens that specific referral link and then publishes an eligible listing, both participants may receive a bonus.

The inviter may receive 50 ZZes Coin. The invited user may receive 50 ZZes Coin and may also receive the normal quality listing bonus if the listing meets the conditions.

The referral bonus is not limited only to new users. The invited user may be new or already registered, provided the specific invitation is opened and activated before the eligible publication.

If a user visits the site directly, registers without the referral link, or publishes a listing without activating the invitation, the referral bonus may not be granted.

6. Repeated invitations

A user may invite many different people and send invitations to different emails. Each email is counted separately.

For the same sender-recipient email pair, an invitation can count only once. Re-sending an invitation to the same email by the same sender does not create a new bonus right.

If one email receives invitations from several users, the bonus is not automatically granted to all senders. The bonus is linked to the specific invitation that the person actually opened and activated.

7. When a bonus may not be granted

• The listing does not comply with ZipZip.es rules.
• The listing is not fully published.
• The listing is empty, incomplete, or low quality.
• The listing was created only to obtain a bonus.
• The invited user did not open the referral link.
• The user visited the site directly instead of through the invitation.
• The invitation for that sender-email pair was already used.
• The listing was deleted, rejected, or declared invalid.
• The system detected abuse, manipulation, fake activity, or violation of platform rules.

8. Transfers and gifts

A user may transfer or gift ZZes Coin to other ZipZip.es users if the feature is available in the wallet.

For a transfer, the recipient wallet ID must be provided. After successful confirmation, the amount is deducted from the sender and credited to the recipient.

A ZZes Coin gift is a voluntary internal transfer of a bonus unit inside ZipZip.es. The recipient may use received ZZes Coin only within available platform features.

The user is responsible for entering the correct wallet ID. If a transfer is confirmed and sent to the provided wallet ID, it may be considered final.

ZipZip.es may limit, suspend, review, or correct transfers if there are signs of error, abuse, rule violation, or technical need.

9. What ZZes Coin can be used for

• Listing promotion.
• Raising a listing higher in lists.
• Priority placement.
• Visual highlighting.
• Promotion for a selected number of days.
• Additional listing features.
• Services for private users.
• Services for professional users.
• Other paid, bonus, or internal ZipZip.es functions.

10. Reversal of previously granted ZZes Coin

ZipZip.es may reverse previously granted ZZes Coin if the bonus was received for a listing or action that later becomes invalid, violates platform rules, or is connected with abuse.

• The user deleted the listing during the first 3 days after publication.
• An administrator deleted the listing for rule violation.
• The listing was rejected.
• The listing was fake, duplicated, unreliable, or created only for a bonus.
• A referral bonus was linked to the listing.
• The system detected manipulation, abuse, or an attempt to bypass the rules.

11. Ordinary listing expiry

If a listing ends because its normal publication period expires, this alone is not an automatic reason to reverse the bonus.

Ordinary listing expiry is not considered a violation. If a reversal is applied, the operation is shown in the wallet history when technically possible.

12. Balance does not go below zero

ZipZip.es does not create a negative ZZes Coin balance for ordinary bonus reversals.

If a previously granted bonus must be reversed, the system considers the available balance. If the balance is sufficient, the relevant amount is deducted. If the user has already used part of the bonus for promotion or other features, the reversal is limited to the available balance, except in cases of abuse or fraud.

The user does not incur a monetary debt to ZipZip.es because of an ordinary ZZes Coin reversal.

13. Abuse protection

• Mass creation of low quality listings.
• Publishing listings only to obtain ZZes Coin.
• Deleting listings quickly after a bonus is granted.
• Repeated attempts to obtain a bonus for the same email.
• Using several accounts to manipulate the system.
• Fake invitations.
• Fake listings.
• Duplicate listings.
• Violation of platform rules.
• Attempts to bypass technical limits.

14. Technical errors and corrections

If ZZes Coin was granted, deducted, or transferred because of a technical error, ZipZip.es may correct the balance and operation history.

Corrections may apply to mistaken grants, duplicate grants, system failures, incorrect bonus calculation, technical duplication of an operation, or another obvious disruption of wallet logic.

15. Changes to the rules

ZipZip.es may change these Terms, including rules for earning, spending, transferring, reversing, and using ZZes Coin.

Changes may relate to platform development, new features, bonus program changes, abuse protection, technical updates, legal requirements, or other justified reasons.

The current version is published on ZipZip.es. The user uses ZZes Coin according to the current version in force at the time of the relevant operation.
